This is the short, honest version. We run a waitlist landing page. To run it, we need to know who asked to be on the list and to keep that list from being flooded by bots. That's it. There is no advertising business behind this product. We are not selling your data because there is no one to sell it to.
When you submit your email on this site, we record a single row in our database with the following fields:
We do not collect your name, phone number, employer, fingerprint, third-party cookies, ad identifiers, or anything from social logins. There are no social logins.
The only analytics tool on this site is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track users across sites. It tells us how many people loaded the page, broken down by country and referring site. That's the entire feed.
We keep your waitlist row until either the account is created on the launched product or the waitlist period ends — whichever comes first — plus a 30-day grace window after that, in case you change your mind. After the grace window, the row is permanently deleted. Hashed IPs older than 30 days are pruned independently because we only need them for rate-limiting in the moment.
On Cloudflare's infrastructure, in a serverless SQLite database (D1). Traffic to and from the database is over TLS, and access is gated by a credential stored as an encrypted environment variable.
Mail hello@2daysbeforeinterview.com from the address you signed up with and we'll do one of two things on request: send you the row we have on you, or delete it. No forms, no portal. We'll reply within five working days.
If we change what we collect, we'll update this page and bump the date at the top. The git history of this site is public; nothing is rewritten quietly.
Questions, complaints, or a polite request to be forgotten — hello@2daysbeforeinterview.com.
